Stillwater Club
There's a club at Stillwater, I believe OSU, that specialized in Balloon launches. Maybe we can start by helping them out on their next launch.
According to their website, http://astro.okstate.edu/index.htm , they planned a launch 14 Dec. The ice storm scrubbed that flight. I’m sure they will be rescheduling soon… It’s what they do!
